Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

There is Resort package pricing.  $90 + TAX for up to 8 wristbands + 2 parking passes
(this is resort management fee, NOT booking fee and is a one time fee that covers your whole stay.  You will receive a link for registration from the us via text or email you provided at booking). ***TIP-  Pre-Register, then you will be able to print your parking pass and have it with you at arrival- security will see it and direct you to the parking ramps.

 We encourage you to pre-register and fill out everything prior to arrival... especially during the busy summer season.  Bypass the lobby and go directly to the condo where your resort wristbands will be waiting for you & your guests.  Everyone age 12 and older needs to wear a band while on property- these give you gate access to the amenities (pools, fitness, etc.)
